DATE : 04/08/2025 Learned Advocate for the appellant/applicant submitted that as per the order dated 30.06.2025, the applicant has deposited the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon in the Court. The farad sheet dated 24.07.2025 reflects that the amount was credited to the account of the Court on 24.07.2025. Therefore, the appellant submitted that a stay be granted to the impugned judgment and award till the disposal of the appeal.

Having considered the above facts and the fact that the appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon in the Court, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (i). 3.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of.
