The learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has filed a Pursis vide Stamp No. 2835 of 2019 dated 25.02.2019 and submitted that respondent No. 1 has died on 26.07.2016 and he further orally submitted that there are no legal representatives of respondent No. 1 to represent her estate in law.

In such circumstances, First Appeal stands abated against respondent No. 1 and consequently First Appeal as a whole also stands disposed of as respondent No. 1 is the only contesting party. JUDGE *GS.
