It appears that the appellant has deposited the decreetal amount in this Court on 03.05.2021. However, while disposing the appeal, on the statement made by the counsel for the appellant, this Court has recorded that the original claimants are entitled to withdraw the decreetal amount which has been deposited by the appellant before the Tribunal, which is factually incorrect. Therefore, the order dated 09.09.2024 needs to be corrected. In para five of the said order, the words "before the Tribunal" be replaced by the words "with this Court".

Accordingly, the order dated 09.09.2024 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded.

The civil application stands disposed of.
