The learned counsel for the parties have tendered the joint compromise pursis in the Court today. The pursis is signed by the appellant - wife and the respondent - husband. The parties are personally present in the Court today. The parties state that they are ad idem on the terms mentioned in the compromise pursis.

We have perused the terms of compromise.

They appear to be just and reasonable. The marriage between the parties is dissolved on the terms mentioned in the joint compromise pursis. A decree be drawn accordingly.
