The applicant has applied for grant of regular parole on account of illness of his mother. Apart from other reasons, the Authority has stated that the medical certificate of illness is dated 25.10.2023.

Apparently, much time has been passed, hence the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application with current status and medical report of his mother, which the Authority shall consider in accordance with law. 4.
