Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. Petition is filed seeking limited relief for direction to the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for the land having been acquired in accordance with the award passed by respondent No.3 dated 19/10/2018, 10/10/2018, 12/10/2018, 11/10/2018, 19/10/2018, 05/07/2018, in Writ Petition Nos. 4460/2023, 4461/2023, 4464/2023, 4465/2023, 4463/2023, 6682/2023, respectively.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appeared for respondents makes a statement in reply as under : "I hereby state that, the respondent No.1 has duly sanctioned and released the amount of compensation of the present petitioners. I state that, the compensation amount would be deposited before the Hon'ble Court within a period of 15 days after technical compliances from the Bank"
Said statement is accepted.

Accordingly, we direct the Registrar to return back
(3) the Demand Draft to the Deputy Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Pandharkawada and we further direct the respondents to disburse the amount in the account of respective petitioners on furnishing account details by petitioners, within a period of three months. So far as, amount towards statutory interest is concerned, it shall be deposited as per provisions of law, within a period of two months thereafter. 4.
Accordingly petition stands disposed of.
