DATE : July 16, 2019 Civil Application (CAW) No.1869 of 2019 The petitioner seeks to amend the writ petition by raising a challenge to the adjudication on the preliminary issue as regards conduct of inquiry proceedings. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 on the ground that these orders were not subjected to challenge before the revisional Court. Keeping all objections open to contest the said orders, the amendment is allowed. The amendment be carried out within period of one week from today.

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. Writ Petition No.3964 of 2018 Time of two weeks is granted to the respondents to file reply to the amended writ petition.
