Heard.
Mrs.Najbile, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that since the Superintendent of Land Records has still not decided the application of the petitioner for recording the land admeasuring 0.85 hectare in Survey No. 34/2 in the name of the petitioners, the petitioners would first file an appropriate proceeding for a direction against the said authority to make the appropriate entry in the name of the petitioners. It is stated that after the entry in respect of the land is made in favour of the petitioners, the petitioners would take steps for seeking compensation for the land of the petitioners that is submerged under the water.
The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition in this background.
Permission to withdraw the Writ Petition is granted. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
