DATE : 19.1.2015 Heard Shri R.R. Vyas, the learned advocate for the appellants and Shri S.M. Patrikar, the learned advocate for the respondent. The learned advocate for the appellants, on instructions, submit that the appellants will not transfer the shares which are the subject matter of the proceedings without seeking permission of the trial Court. Shri Patrikar, the learned advocate for the respondent has no objection for this arrangement.

In view of this, the impugned order passed by the trial Court is

It is directed that the appellants shall not transfer the shares which are the subject matter of the proceedings without seeking permission of the trial Court. It is further directed that the trial Court shall not pass any orders in this regards without hearing the respondent. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
