This is an application for seeking clarification and modification of judgment and order dated 26.08.2002 passed in Writ Petition No.576/1994. The application is filed based on subsequent Full Bench judgment of this Court.

The learned Advocate for the Management invited my attention to paragraph No. 10 of Writ Petition No.3694/2015 wherein it is stated that the earlier application filed for recalling of the same order was rejected. The Letters Patent Appeal was also dismissed. 3.

According to the learned Advocate for the applicants, the earlier application was rejected on the ground of delay and, therefore, the present application is maintainable.

In my opinion, once the earlier application for review/modification was rejected, even if, on the ground of delay, still the present application is not maintainable. 5.

The application is, therefore, rejected.
