In this criminal application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 03rd April 2019, applicants have sought quashing of First Information Report only, and there is no reference about filing of charge-sheet.

In the above facts, we are not inclined to consider the present application for quashing of the First Information Report.

The criminal application is dismissed. No costs. The applicants will be at liberty to file application seeking discharge, before trial Court.
