Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and when we have shown our disinclination to entertain the application after 10 years of filing of the First Information Report, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application with direction to expedite the trial.

Considering the other co-accused are absconding the applicant has to take appropriate steps and thereafter the trial Court shall expedite the trial being the incident is more than 10 years old.
