Despite the efforts taken by the applicant, he could not served the non-applicant Nos.2 to 4, therefore, the present application is filed to serve the non-applicant Nos.2 to 4 with the aid of Section 66 ad 67 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. Considering the reason mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant Nos.2 to 4 in view of Section 66 and 67 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
