Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has became age bar and completed 45 years, as such, her candidature would be rejected by the respondents. She intents to substitute name of her daughter in her place in the waiting list for appointment under the scheme of Lad Committee. In view of the judgment of the Full Bench in the matter of Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram vs. State of Maharashtra & others, 2024(4) Mh.L.J. (F.B.) 312, substitution is permitted. 2.
As such, the petitioner to file fresh application with the respondents for substitution of the name of her daughter in her place.

The respondents shall consider her application in view of judgment of the Full Bench in Kalpana Taram (supra). 4.
The applicant to file application within a period of one week, thereafter, the respondent to take decision within three weeks on the said application.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to cost.
