Shri A.R. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the Central Government Industrial Tribunal is now functioning, the petitioner would file the statutory appeal so as to challenge the order dated 15.06.2017 before the said Tribunal. He submits that the interim protection granted be continued for a short period to enable filing of such appeal.

Shri H.N. Verma, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner be directed to avail the statutory remedy.

The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file the statutory appeal. The interim protection granted on 10.07.2017 shall operate for a period of four weeks from today and shall cease to operate automatically thereafter. JUDGE APTE
