The Petitioner has certain suggestions in respect of removal of encroachment and alignment of the road. The learned counsel for the Petitioner accepts that the Petitioner has no personal grievance as such and even if the Petitioner's house is acquired, the Petitioner would gave a compensation. 2.

As regards the communication dated 6 October 2020, it is pointed out to us that it is an inter-department communication regarding removal of certain encroachment and alignment of the road. Once the authorities are already looking into the issue as to the removal of encroachment and alignment of the road etc., it is KOLHE
