The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. 445/2022, registered with Police Station, Ramdaspeth, Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 325, 341, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860.

The applicant was on ad-interim anticipatory bail in this case and during the said period, he attended the concerned Police Station.

During the pendency of the present application, the matter has been settled between the parties and the same has been verified by the learned APP.

In that view of the matter, as the applicant attended the concerned Police Station and cooperated with the investigating officer in investigation, I am of the opinion that, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

b) The ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 02/08/2022, is confirmed.
