On deposit of the amount by the applicant/appellant, the respondent No.1/claimant be given Rs.9,00,000/- on furnishing an undertaking that in case it is found that the claimant is not entitled for the amount withdrawn by her, she will redeposit the amount

2 fa692.16 alongwith interest as may determined by the Court, within two months. The amount shall be given only after the undertaking is filed. The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in nationalised bank till the decision of the appeal.
