In terms of notice issued, the respondents are present in person. Shri A.V.Palshikar, learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondent no.2 would provide necessary police aid to the petitioner subject to necessary compliance being made by the petitioner. The statement is accordingly accepted. The petitioner shall attend the concerned police station at 11.30 a.m. on 29.07.2019. The petitioner shall be informed by the respondent no.2 of the compliances that are required to be made. On such compliance being made, the respondent no.2 shall provide police aid in accordance with law.

The proceedings are accordingly disposed of.
