Learned counsel for petitioner upon instructions states that by filing Pursis during the course of the day, prayer for withdrawal of petition is being made, as the amount is already paid to respondent no.1.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the amount paid is not as per the applicable wage revision and therefore, short. 4.

Correctness of amount paid to respondent no.1 cannot form subject matter of this petition. Hence, subject to filing of pursis as mentioned above, we dispose of the present petition as withdrawn. No costs.
