JULY 14, 2025 By present application, the applicant/ petitioner is seeking review of order dated 7/7/2025 passed by this Court wherein, time was granted to the petitioner's Counsel subject to depositing Rs.50,000/- to show bona fides. The reasons for such direction would find place in the order.

2] The learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered an unconditional apology for insisting to hear the matter despite the conduct of the petitioner - original defendant noted in the order indicating that there is no substance in the petition.

3] The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is willing to withdraw the petition itself with a request to reduce the cost. She submits that the Appeal is likely to be heard shortly.

4] Considering the request, which appears to be genuine, the apology is accepted. The cost is reduced to Rs.5,000/-, which the petitioner shall deposit with the First Appellate Court, whereupon the respondents - landlords may seek withdrawal.
