Mr. Mahalle, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the reasons for delay of 45 days have been stated in para nos. 3 and 4 of the Application. I am satisfied that sufficient grounds have been made out for condoning the delay. Hence, delay is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of.
