This petition takes exception to the interim order dated 02/07/2024, passed by the respondent no.2 - Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Amravati in Revision No.6/2024.

Considering the fact that main proceedings are still pending and next date of hearing is 12/07/2024, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

(i) On 12/07/2024, the respondent no.2 shall permit the petitioners to file reply to main proceedings or written notes of argument and shall decide the main

(ii) The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
