This is an application seeking permission for substituted service in respect of respondent no.2(B). 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that notice issued to respondent no.2(B) could not be served through regular mode for the reason that the door was locked and the noticee was out of town.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the application, let the notice be served by way of substituted service i.e. by paper publication in "Matrubhumi Newspaper" within a period of four weeks. 4.

The civil application is allowed and disposed in above terms. List the matter on 21.10.2022.
