The parties, in the revision application, have filed the application seeking leave of this Court to compound the offence. It is taken on record. It is marked as Article 'A'. The prayer is made for compounding the offence. The parties are present before the Court. They have admitted the facts stated in the compounding application. They have admitted their signature on the same. Their advocates are presents. 3.

In view of the facts stated in the compounding application, their prayer for permission to compound the offence is allowed.

In view of compounding of the offence, the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Wardha, dated 22.03.2011 sentencing the accused Nos.2 and 3 to undergo simple imprisonment for six months each and to pay a fine amount of Rs.5000/- each is set aside. Similarly, the order passed by the Sessions Judge dismissing the appeal against the conviction is also set aside. 5.

As a result of compounding, the accused No.2 - Rajesh S/o. Omprakash Rajore and accused No. 3 Prakash S/ o. Gopalrao Pohare are acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 501 of the Indian Penal Code. The fine amount if deposited in the Court be refunded to the applicants.

Accordingly, the criminal revision application stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
