This is an application preferred by original respondent no.1 seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, which was kept in F.D.R. as per the order passed by the Tribunal.

It is submitted that now the F.D.R. is matured on 30/06/2017 and the appeal is also finally disposed of by this court on 17/04/2014.

In view thereof, this application is allowed and respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, which is kept in the F.D.R. Application is disposed of accordingly.
