Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Crime chart filed by the learned A.P.P is taken on record.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that Dinesh alias Michael Balaji Raut and Umesh alias Janak Raut have already been released on bail by this Court. He further submits that this applicant is also similarly situated as the said accused persons in all respect. About this submission, there is no dispute. It is obvious that the benefit of principle of parity cannot be denied to this applicant. Hence, the order.

1. The application is allowed.

2. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that the applicant shall regularly attend the dates fixed in the matter by the trial Court, shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
