Heard Mr. Mohgaonkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The present application has been filed by the present petitioner praying for permission to amend the petition as prayed in paragraph 6 of the application wherein the petitioner seeks to add the respondent Nos.5 and 6 so also the pleadings and grounds. Since the respondents have not yet filed the reply, there is no impediment in allowing the present application. Accordingly, civil application is allowed.

The petitioner to carry out the amendment within a period of one week from today. The copy of amended petition be supplied to the respondents and respondents are at liberty to file the reply to the amended petition.

After the amendment is carried out by the petitioner, issue notice to the respondent Nos.5 and 6, returnable on 15.10.2025.
