This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent no.1-Pandurang Ganpat Gholse on record.

Notices on this application were issued on 18/07/2017 on the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent-Pandurang. In spite of service, nobody appeared on their behalf on 31/10/2017, when this application was listed for consideration. On that day, since nobody was appearing on behalf of the proposed legal representatives, in order to give one chance to them, consideration of the application was deferred. Today when the application was called out for consideration, nobody appears for the proposed legal representatives of deceased Pandurang.

The application filed for bringing the legal representatives of deceased is within limitation. Hence, the application is allowed.

The names of legal representatives of deceased respondent-Pandurang, whose names are mentioned in paragraph 1 of the application, are allowed to be taken on record as respondent nos.1-a to 1-f. The learned Counsel for the applicant to carry out amendment within a period of two weeks from today.

Civil application is disposed of as such.
