Heard.

Having considered the reasons stated in the impugned Award and the grounds raised in the appeal, I am of the view that this application deserves to be conditionally allowed.

The application is accordingly conditionally allowed.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court on the following conditions:

ca2866of17fa822of17.odt i) For the 75% of the amount allowed to be withdrawn under this order on furnishing usual undertaking;

ii) Undertaking be furnished within four weeks from the date of the order.

iv) Rest of the amount which is 25% of the total deposited amount shall be invested in a fixed deposit account with any nationalize bank, as per guidelines.

Application disposed of.
