OCTOBER 07, 2025 1) The petitioner challenged the orders dated 30/12/2016 and 11/06/2019.

2) Learned Assistant Government Pleader invited my attention to the reply filed, wherein it was specifically pointed out that the petitioner had already filed appeal before respondent No.3 and same is pending. In view of that the petitioner is not supposed to avail two remedies simultaneously. 3) In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.3, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to decide the same within three months from today. All the contentions are kept open. Respondent No.3 to communicate the decision to the petitioner.
