DATE : 26/08/2022 The present application is filed for permission to withdraw balance amount lying with this Court in First Appeal No. 431/2003. The said appeal along with other appeals came to be decided on 21/04/2010. In the said judgment respondent - claimants were allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant - Western Coalfields Ltd. It is further submitted that 50% of amount was withdrawn in the year 2011 itself and remaining amount i.e. Rs.77,439/- along with accrued interest is lying with this Court. As such, as appeal is finally decided, there is no impediment in allowing that application. The application is allowed.
