The applicant/appellant has filed this application to permit it to deposit the cheque of the compensation amount in the Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has received the cheque and the same will be deposited in the Court by 10.07.2025. Considering this, the application is allowed as prayed. 3.

The applicant is permitted to deposit the cheque in the Court by 10.07.2025, failing which, the stay granted on 20.01.2025 shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. The application is disposed of.
