Heard the counsel for the parties.

On 24/04/2024 the petitioner has claimed to have submitted explanation to the Vigilance Cell report. As such he is praying for expeditious disposal of his caste-claim by the respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee. 3.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 01/08/2024 with all the relevant documents.

The respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee shall decide the caste-claim of the petitioner within a period of three months thereafter. 5.

It is claimed by the petitioner that his cousin uncles are granted validity certificates pursuant to the orders of this Court. 6.

In view of above, till the petitioner's caste-claim is decided by the Scrutiny Committee, the communication/notice dated 04/07/2024 issued by the respondent No.2 shall remain stayed and no coercive action in respect of services of the petitioner shall be taken till then. 7.

Order accordingly. No costs.
