The application is filed by the applicant for grant of permission to allow the Power of Attorney holder of the applicant to withdraw the amount.

The learned counsel for applicant has stated that the applicant is staying in the USA, and it is not possible for her to physically appear before the Registrar to withdraw the amount. She has filed the general Power of Attorney in favour of her brother Prity

I have gone through the record. The Power of Attorney is filed on record in favour of Sumit s/o Omprakash Agrawal.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Permission is granted to withdraw the entire amount. Registry is directed to verify the applicant, if possible, on video conferencing before handing over the amount.
