Criminal application No. 1205 of 2024 is filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer for permitting him to file charge-sheet. In view of the order passed on 4th August, 2020, the Investigating Officer was restrained from filing charge-sheet and was asked to seek leave of the Court.

In view of the fact that now the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the charge-sheet be given to the NDThaware

After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant may carry out amendment to the application on or before 21.08.2024. Copy of the amended application and copy of the charge-sheet be filed on record for the purpose of Court as well as be given to the other side.
