The application of the petitioner for grant of furlough is basically rejected on the ground that the surety provided by the petitioner is not willing to stand as a surety for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to reconsider the application of the petitioner if the petitioner is willing to provide an alternate surety.
