The present application is filed for grant of early hearing. Matter is pertains to year 2014. It is submitted that on 30th June, 2023 the petitioner stood retired, however, he has not received any pensionary benefits. Earlier an application for grant of early hearing is granted, however, matter could not be concluded. As such, there is no impediment to allow the application. 2.

The Civil Application is allowed.
