1] The applicant is in custody since 10.08.2017 in connection with Crime 274/2017 registered with the Police Station Sakkardara, Nagpur for offence punishable under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
2] The accusation against the applicant is that he first assaulted his father by fists blows and then assaulted him with an empty gas cylinder.
3] The investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed. Considering the accusations and particularly the circumstances in which the assault allegedly took place, whether under section 302 of the IPC would be attracted is an arguable question.
5] The application is allowed.
[i] The applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.

[iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall applicant directly or indirectly attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
