The present application is filed by respondent No.1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of interest. Parties agreed that respondent No.1 will receive that amount. Respondent No.1 already withdrawn the amount of Rs.1,82,500/-. However, the order came to be passed on 26/06/2009 and the said amount was withdrawn on 24/09/2011. As such interest accrued for the period 26/06/2009 to 24/09/2011 for which applicant is entitled.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the said interest along with further interest, if any, and any other amount for which respondent Nos.1 and 2 are entitled is directed to be deposited in the account of respondent No.1.

On perusal of orders, it appears that in view of settlement, entire amount is withdrawn. However, interest accrued on the said amount is lying with this Court.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to release the interest along with further interest in favour of respondent No.1 and in the account of respondent No.1.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
