DATED : 09/07/2018 1] Order of this Court dated 12/06/2018 are very clear. Petitioner has to deposit 50% of the amount as demanded by the Department. Petitioner is a partnership firm and it can very well work out its liability after the judgment dated 27/01/2015 in Second Appeal Nos. 162/2012 to 169/2012 by Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal.

2] Now leave is sought to deposit FDR received in lieu of payment.

3] Time given for payment has already expired. Though application was moved on 26/06/2018, steps were not taken to obtain orders upon it immediately. 4] In this situation, we reject the application.
