By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Education officer to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner nos.3 and 4. Mrs. Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that as per the new policy, it is necessary for the management to submit the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment in the camps conducted/held by the Education Officer in the month of August, October and December. It is stated that if the petitioners are desirous of seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner nos.3 and 4, they may approach the Education Officer in the said camps.

By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to move the Education Officer in the concerned camp. It is needless to mention that the Education Officer should consider and decide the proposal of the petitioner in accordance with law, if it is submitted in the camp. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
