Heard Shri R.J. Kankale, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri P.K. Raulkar holding for Mrs. I.L. Bodade, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

The respective counsel do not dispute that the controversy can be decided by following the order dated 03.07.2018 in Writ Petition No. 2528 of 2018 and other connected matters.

Shri Kankale, learned counsel submits that there are vacancies in the vicinity and the petitioner can be accommodated at that place.

Hence, we grant the petitioner leave to point out such vacancies by making appropriate representation within 15 days from today. If such a representation is made, respondent No. 2 shall attempt to take suitable decision upon it within next six weeks.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
