There is a successive bail application after the first application was withdrawn on 23.09.2022.

The learned counsel for the applicant fairly states that after filing this application and before the application is heard, the evidence of three witnesses were recorded by the trial Court and out of the two eye witnesses, one was examined and one remained to be examined.

Considering the fact that the evidence has already been recorded of some of the witnesses, there is a possibility that the trial would be concluded in the near future. 4.

In the circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, it is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conduct the trial and conclude the same within three months from today. JUDGE NSN
