The present application is filed for grant of permission to deposit the amount of compensation by way of cheque and to grant of stay.

The learned Counsel for appellant submits that cheque of entire decreetal amount is ready with appellant and he assures that he will deposit within a period of one week.

There shall be stay to the execution of the impugned order subject to deposit of entire compensation amount within a period of one week. 5.
