Heard Shri F.T. Mirza, learned Counsel for the petitioner. He points out that Mrs. Manisha Verma, the then Incharge Principal Secretary, impleaded as respondent has ceased to be the incharge and regular incumbent Shri Sitaram Khunte, has taken over as Principal Secretary. He is seeking leave to amend the Contempt Petition to implead said person as respondent.

The request is made in contempt proceedings. It is not very certain whether Shri Khunte, is till date aware of the orders dated

Order 2707cp234.16 04.04.2016 passed by this Court.

In this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file afresh against proper person as Principal Secretary.

We grant petitioner leave to make appropriate representation within a period of three days to the present incumbent. Thereafter, petitioner can approach this Court in contempt jurisdiction, if any cause of action arises. With such liberty, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. No costs.
