Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the purpose will be served, if Additional Sessions Judge-7, Amravati is directed to decide Criminal Appeal No. 116/2022 in a time bound manner. This request shall, however, be made by the applicant before the Sessions Court and if so made, the Sessions Court shall consider the same considering the fact that the order impugned before it relates to grant of interim maintenance. With the above observations, the revision application is disposed of.
