The applicant has filed this application for grant of permission to withdraw the amount through Power of Attorney holder. The applicant is old aged lady and it is not possible for her to personally remain present in the Court and hence, she has given the Power of Attorney to her son Sumit s/o Omprakash Agrawal to withdraw the amount. 2.
