On perusal of the charge-sheet, a copy of which has been made available by the learned Counsel for the applicant, I find that the role attributed to this applicant is confined to the fact that a meeting was held at her house wherein, by inducing, the victim girl came to be sold by Vaishali, Rani and Kundan Bahel to Ramdeo for the purpose of her marriage with Ramdeo. It is further seen that it were the other co-accused, who took active role in inducing and abducting the victim girl. It is also seen that this applicant did not accompany the other co-accused persons while taking away the victim girl. The investigation is over. Therefore, I am of the view that now this applicant could be released on bail. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing a P. R.

Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that she shall regularly attend the Court proceedings on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
