DATE : 07.04.2016 By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the directions in the order, dated 4.2.2015 in Writ Petition No.5787/2012.

According to the petitioner, though this Court had directed the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks, the respondents have not decided the representation of the petitioner. Shri Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states, on instructions from the respondents, that the representation of the petitioner has been decided on 3.11.2015 and the order of which the contempt is alleged stands complied with. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
